      1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods have already been prefabricated.
      2. As a consumer, you are not entitled to a right of revocation on the basis of the contract for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

      1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
      2. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a surcharge per order for delivery within Germany individually for the product. The shipping costs usually depend on the size of the product. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
      3. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 2 euros is due, which the deliverer charges on site. There are no other taxes or costs.

      6. The amount is calculated on the basis of the net price (excluding VAT) and excluding shipping costs.
      7. Withdrawals are only possible from an amount of € 50.00.
      8. BullMarket reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time.

      10. BullMarket reserves the right to exclude individual categories or products from the commission in the future.
  • Dispute settlement
    • The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
